Dear Hrneer,
You could keep your fresher tag intact because you did not work in any company for a longer time. You had been a job-hopper. As you work in current company for a long time the fresher tag will fade away. The tag will fade away because you will have evidence of working in some company. In India we call it as "experience". Nevertheless, this is a theoretical explanation.
Experienced employee or otherwise, it has to be demonstrated in one's actions or behaviour. Quality of your post shows that you are a fresher out and out. The language of your post certainly does not behove well with the managerial cadre. You have raised your post in "CiteHR Website Support" category. Was this the right category? You could have chosen the right category. Now let me change it to "Career Progression". Inability to choose the right category, is this behaviour of a fresher or an experienced person?
Therefore, do not just aspire gentleman but demonstrate too.
All the best!

One needs to stick to one job for decent period so as to learn al facets of the job.
HR has many facets and to learn about all facets, stick to one job and develop your skills and upgrade knowledge.
Secondly while writing posts, one needs to take care in starting sentences with capital letters and word like i should be I.
Emphasis on spelling and correct grammar makes a lot of difference.
Focus on doing your job in present company for sufficiently long period of time, demonstrate writing and drafting skills, slowly your fresher tag will get replaced and you would get regarded as the person on whom company depends for HR problems and solutions.

Hrneer,
Please accept that when you post something on a open platform, you may get views-critical,sarcastic,helpful etc.
You must take it in that spirit.
You asked how to remove tag of fresher??
Who is a fresher and how do members make out not knowing you as a person??-from posts, from your words etc.
You posted the query in the wrong category which shows your inexperience.
Your grammar was defective so gentle suggestion to correct was given.
Take all suggestions with positive spirit and adopt suggestions which suit you.
The way you reacting -Sorry and thanks-shows still confusion in your mind and reluctance to change.
Members are unbiased and spend their time to share their knowledge and benefit juniors or querists.
it is upto the querist to understand this and make changes as deemed appropriate to his mind, way of working.
Best of luck in growing in your field.

Dear Hrneer,

It is very easy to get disappointed and/or disheartened with the responses given by some seniors, which may sound critical. This happens when bloggers do not give sufficient relevant information at the outset and people respond based on their perceptions of the post. After reading your query and the response to some comments, I gather that you have worked for an organisation for 3 years and for the past 9 months you are working as HR Manager in your present company. You want to know how to get rid of the "Fresher" tag, as you are 26 year old.

So, let me ask you a few questions which will help the seniors to give you precise advice. What qualifications do you have? How many companies have you worked for and in what capacity? Why do you think that you are considered a s fresher, even though you are working as HR manager? Can you please reflect on the various jobs that you have done and tell us how the experience that you gained are of use to you in your present job as HR Manager? I can go on raising such questions, but won't.
