To terminate a perm. employee is not not that simple from the job. First get all the relevant records and proofs that shows he is not performing consistently for over some period and he should be given warning in written for his disobey and insubordination activities. On the basis of both, Management can take a call on the issue.The matter was discussed in length by experts many times in this site and you can get a rt solution handy.
