EDLI is the insurance on PF. Employer has to pay 0.5% as premium. In return nominee of deceased member will get 24 times of salary as compensation / sum assured. For handling EDLI, EPF will charge an admin charge of 0.01%. Expansion of the term EDLI is already posted by you.
