Hi Sompong,
A very inspiring and motivating presentation.
You have picked up a few thoughts from your / nay our favourite Stephen Covey.
When difficult times come, such thoughts will help us rise like phoenix from ashes.
Thanks for the post,

To maintain composure in difficult times and face the situation with hope of seeing better days ahead is more than mere optimism. It requires courage and balance of mind with a proactive thinking as advocated by the great guru
STEPHEN COVEY.
His narration of the ordeals faced by Viktor Frankl in Auschwitz prisons are spine chilling. Viktor Frankl was undaunted by the situation and hoped one day he would escape and live to tell the world of the ordeals that he faced. Throughout his tough captive period he kept imagining that everything would be over one day. He had this hope in him inspite of losing his wife, parents and other close members of his family, who were all sent to the gas chambers in Auschwitz. After his release from Auschwitz when Second World war was over in 1945, Viktor Frankl preached his logotherapy and lived till 1997 !
The great Tamil Saint Poet has extensively dealt with the topic of adversity in 10 Couplets ( THIRUKKURAL). I have mentioned one of them in the attached presentation along with English meaning.
