Maximum Overtime Hours In A Month

Dear Seniors, Please guide me regarding how much overtime can be done by an employee in a month legally. Please guide.

As per Factories Act. 1948, The total number of hours of overtime shall not exceed fifty for any one quarter. but state Govenment (Chief Inspector of Factory) have power to extend the limit up to 75 hour for any one quarter.
