Hi...

I am currently working in a good sw company(y) and planing to look for job in another company(z). I am sure that once I get any offer letter, I will serve the notice period and get the releiving letter and experience letters from (y) company.

But my problem is different.

Before joining (y) company I was working in (x) company for 1 year. Though I myself resigned from (x) company they did not provide the releiving letters, stating that "my previous employment was fake".

Now My question is after I join (z) company...

1) will they ask releiving letters of all the companies that I have worked(w, x, y companies) or only the last companies releiving letters(y company)

2) What will happen if I say I dont have the releiving letters of x company, but provide releiving letters of all other companies that I have worked for. Will the (z) company remove me from job or take some action against me?

3) Is it advisible to remove that 1 year experience from my career?

Please advice as ur advice can help me in getting a secured future.

Thanks...

New employers normally ask only for relieving letters from the immediate past employer. Thus, in my opinion, you have nothing to worry about.

Hi,
Raj has sufficed your question. So if you provide relievin letter of the present company it wont be an issue with you.
But all the past records are anyways going to be advantageous....if its possible, go to the old company and talk to them about it.

Hi, My previous company which didnt provide me the releiving letter was a MNC(CMM-5). So I guess they wont provide the letters. Do you still think that I should give a try?

Hello,
Mostly all the software companies go for Employement Verification and if ur previous experience is fake then that can trouble u in ur next company.
Secondly, if ur recruiter of next company (Z) can waived of the previous experience letter (that u don't have) then there will not be any problem.
