However, I have one suggestion. Why don't you increase the basic / any of the other component of those associates for which ESIC is applicable and move them out of ESIC list ? (it is advisable to increase any other component & not basic so that it does not have any effect on the pf).

I have noticed mistakes in your calculation.1) For a salary of Rs. 193142, how 12% contribution will become 19217 & 1.1% become 2125? 2) Salary for Pension scheme and EDLI are seems different. Have you opted pension for salary beyond ceiling? If not, these amounts should be equal.
