Iam running an IT company EGlogics softech pvt ltd. We have completed one year of this company. Now we want to start some good HR policies in our company like i need some help on what points we will cover under Feedback form of employees where one employee give feedback to other employee.
Also i need same for feedback form of employee to company where employee give feedback to company.
Kindly suggest some points or if you have that rating scale with points.

Good to note that you wanted to implement good HR practices in your company. My replies are as below:
a) Feedback between two employees: - Lot of material is available on internet on how to give feedback. It is a part of the interpersonal skills. Any feedback should motivate another person otherwise it kills the spirit behind it.
b) Feedback from employees to the company: - To take feedback from the employees to the staffs, you need to conduct the Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS). Yours is start up. You have completed just one year. Therefore, there is difference between ESS for well-developed companies and you. Recently there was a post on ESS. I have given my reply to it. In the above link, you will find further two more links. Go through all the links patiently. Secondly, out of ESS, segregate the points that are applicable to you.
