In my industry we are storing more than 2500 litres different types of Paints & some other lubricants (maximum belong to Class 1 types as per Petroleum Classification) so for this required any licence if yes then which act is required license?

Validity Of License Extended Upto Ten Years Under The Jharkhand Factories Rules, 1950
The Government of Jharkhand vide notification no SO-60 has amended sub rule (2) of rule 5 of the Jharkhand Factories Rules, 1950 where license granted or renewed under this chapter shall remain valid or be in force for a minimum period of one year to maximum period of fifteen years as applicable. The licence so granted or renewed shall remain valid up to 31st December of the applied period. Provided that the fee prescribed under Schedule ‘A’ ‘B’ and ‘C’ is deposited for the period of application. In case of temporary factory or the nature of their activity demands, the Chief Inspector may issue factory licence for less than ten year validity on an application made in this behalf by an occupier
