I was interviewed and the HR said that i would receive an offer letter soon. Then after few days i din get an offer but others did get the offer letter. I emailed to the HR but did not get any reply from them to any of my emails. Then i used my contact in the firm to verify, they replied to my friend stating that it is on hold.
Now does it mean that they will not send an offer letter and i should move on.(Because they din reply any of my emails and its more than 5 months now)
Its a big firm, MNC..
Is that how the HR\'s tel you are not hired etc.
Its like my dream company i can wait for a year as long as i am sure that they will send the offer. A few of my friends told that they know people who received the offer letter after 8 months or so..
Do i need to wait or move on considering its over.

Hi Hma,
My suggestion would be like this.
If you get any other job now, take it.
After one year or whenever you get your dream offer,
consider and examine whether it is still worth taking that offer.
If you keep waiting and do not get any other job, there is no guarantee
that you would get your dream job after a year.
