I'm working in a Private Limited Company from last 2 years and 6 months and not covered under ESI. However, my Company is denying to give any Maternity Benefit saying this Act is not applicable to this Company. Knowing all the facts they just don't want to pay for the specified period of 3 months. What can i do to avail the right?
