1. I will try to search out the notification, if published in any website of Govt. But in order facilitate the same, I hope you will enquire the same and confirm from said source of Labour Department whether the said amendment is in State Govt. Rules or in principal Act. If possible date of such notification can be ascertained and may be indicated in this thread.
2. To my knowledge, it take a long time for any Govt. to take decision and notify the amendments in the Act and such amendments are widely publicized in the newspapers and media. I have not found any recent publicity on this subject.
