Hi,
1.Just simple and straight way, when he is making loss in companies business, then file the FIR againest him.
2. Before to File FIR ones, better to contact him and warn him if it will continue then we will file the FIR, in such condition if he is not ready to stop then do as suggested in point 1.

Cyber crime dept is there. File a complaint with them against him/her. Pon

Take copy of all the negative things the person has posted on the social sites, complaint to the cyber cell and file an FIR. Prove that what all he has been doing is fraudulent and get him arrested...

Collect the proof of his negative attempt for company's business damage & send a notice through lawyer for his illegal activities. Even after notice through lawyer, he continues to do so then file complaint with police station.
