Hello Seniors,
When I joined the current IT company 2 years back, the logo printed on my joining letter was different . And currently the letterhead and logo format has completely changed .
I wish to know that when the old employees will leave, they will get the relieving documents on latest letterhead format.
Kindly let me know whether this difference in joining and relieving letterhead will create any problem for employees looking for next job ?

Dear Harsha ji,
How does the logo matters in the employment of any person, in his joining and leaving? Does the change of logo changes the entity of any company or any employment?
My appeal to HR Professionals not to ask such or similar kind of questions at least under the signature of HR Fraternity. We are supposed to be supreme than others in all respect. We not only select others but also we are the instrument in their development.
I beg a pardon if you or anybody in HR Fraternity is hurt by me.

Dear Korgaokar Sir,
The issue has been raised by many employees and that's why I asked the seniors present here.
There is no issue in asking any question, for some it might be stupid. But people who don't ask queries about their doubts and sit back silently are more stupid according to me.People who dare to ask questions can only learn and progress. HR are suppose to motivate others and not demotivate any one to raise a voice or ask their doubts.

Thanks for the response.
