Dear seniors
I have recruit a handicapped employee in these days in my company. Now I have doubt about the EPF and ESI contribution. The doubt is about their contribution. I have search through this site but some points can not be cleared for which I have need following clarification.
1. Notification regarding the contribution under EPF and ESI Scheme
2. What is the ceiling for their contribution under both.
3 Exemption period and employer responsibilities.
4.Handicapped %age is required.
5.Already ESI covered person can be also Exempted for employer contribution
Please help me to clear these points.

1. Please confirm whether the said disabled employee, your unit employed is a person with disability under Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 and under the National Trust for Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999.
2. If so, whether you/your establishment has verified the certificate of such disability issued by the competent authority under above enactments.
