all Seniors Pls advice me what to do
I am terminated my company but not settled the final settlements i approached the labor court about final settlement and filed the case on ex party also engaged the lawyer and filed counter my lawyer also filed one counter against to them now time file the counter ex party but ex party not filling the counter taking dates on and on for the last one year and dragging the case what i do my lawyer to i asked sir they not filling the counter what to do my lawyer said i wait and see i file the forfeit ( fine ) counter still not filed but taking dates on and on for filing to counter ex -party what i do can i take any action on ex-party for delaying filling counter filling what i do please advice me

The advocate you engaged should plead before hon'ble labour court regarding imposing of costs on other party and early settlement of your case. In courts the matters keep on pending and the applicants continue to suffer. There is no alternative to such matters except to request the court as mentioned above.
