Dear (Cite Contribution),
Thanks for the query. The article has been written based on my experience of about 20 years (may like to check on the website in my profile) during which I was also fortunate enough to have an association with the distinguished HR professionals. So, each article of mine is based on my experience and the wisdom that I have gathered from my senior colleagues and talented team members.
The article attempts to highlight the importance of care to be taken by the HR guys at three distinct and initial stages of the employment. It is all about creating a right first impression and living up to the same.
Regards,
Ketan T Bhatt
