Hi,
I have worked for a company in 7/2/2007 and resigned in 5/1/2008.i had a notice of 1 month, but due to some urgency, i wasn't able to serve the notice period. They accept my resignation, and issue the resignation acceptance letter, with no dues form from all the departments.
My question is, am i eligible to get my PF?

Pinki,
First check if your PF was deducted or not...if yes, then you may have PF account number mentioned on salary slip. You are definitely eligible to PF withdrawal, if you did not continue with other organization where your PF is deducted...

Hi Vinod,
Thanks for your reply, my PF was deducted every month, but PF number was not mentioned in my salary slip. I have done all the formalities with no dues from every departments....and filled the form19 to withdrawal my PF.
So, wanted to know, as per HR policy, without relieving letter, am i able to get PF? Acceptance of resignation is there with me.

Apart from what Vinod Bidwaik has told, would like to mention that PF withdrawal has nothing to do with Notice Period shortfall

Where did you submitted the PF Withdrawal form, take the acknowledgement of the same, and thereafter check online the status. Within 3-4 weeks of your submission of withdrawal form normally the amount get credited to your bank account.
