I totally agree with Lisa. Ice Breakers should consist of interactive games where it prompts the participation of all present. It should be used as a get-to-know-each-other approach which will make all participants comfortable.

Why dont u play simple games cos after all icebreaker, breaks ice, people sitting and looking at a movie or picture only interacts with what he / she sees, you need to get them to unwind and interact.
Unless of course you start some dicussion/ opinions regarding what they saw.
And of course ur icebreaker will be depedent on the time -before session or during
