Dear All Seniors,
Recently minimum wage revised in Gujarat WEF 01.04.2014.
But the government notifications of minimum wage revision had comes in month of May-2014.
As it is applicable from 01.04.2014,we had already make payments for the month of April-2014 and now going to give arrears as per minimum wage for the month of April-2014 to all the employees,
But their have some employees who had left job in April-2014(Near About 06 no.).
Kindly let me know what to do of these employees,full & final had been already done in April-2014,there have morally 04 or 05 duties in the month of April-2014.The all left employees are under minimum wage ceiling .
If we gives him arrears for the month of April-14 then what to do PF deductions,as we had already left in PF also in April-14.
Kindly give me suitable instruction.
