Hi all,
I was working for a company since 2000. In 2003 the management transferred me to another group company by making full and final settlement to me in my previous company. I left this company in 2007. I claim since I had worked for this company for 7 years, I am eligible for gratuity. The company says since I have not completed 5 years in any of the company, I am not eligible for gratuity.
Please advise.
