Dear All,
Could anyone please share a Presentation / SOP on "How to Conduct a Behavioural Training". I need a basic understanding of the concept.
1. Do we do any Pre Training Investigations (TNI's)?
2. Is there any standard protocol to be followed while conducting such Training's?
3. How do we measure the Training ROI (for such Training's)?
* If possible, also share a presentation on any Behavioural Training that you have conducted. This would be very helpful to me and other's.
