my senior told me that never accept any letter with signature in collective way of all employees or more than 2 employees, whether it is request letter or apology letter as it indicates formation of union and called Red fort in official language , is that true, as i never heard about it before ??? kindly provide your feedback / valuable suggestions

Yes. You should not accept any application addressed to you with the signature of 2 or more persons. It is the indication of formation of Union and the groupism will be used in future to threaten the management for any issues. But with the same words and meaning all the staff can submit the application separately with single person as addressor and submit can be accepted. Even in rude way you can tell the same as Mutiny.
