Are you doing time and motion at the micro level or are you conducting Rated Activity Sampling? Are you a trained analyst (i.e., have you been trained to conduct time and motion anlysis?

Observed time for different type of services
Analyze the suplements
Add the % of variance
Obtain the sntandard time
Work on reducing the cycle time with observed áreas of opportunities
Set your objective for % in standard time
Document the new process
audit the new standard time
