I m working in a big IT company in Noida.On its notice board there are some rules publised related to maternity leave,child labour,List of Holiday,minumum wages acts etc are there.
And at the end it is written
"Order of Labour Enforcement officer"

My query is what does it show
1. Whether they are standing orders?
2.Or Labour enforcement officer has visited the company on some compliant and asked the company to publish them on notice board to prevent further violation of labour law?
3. Is he supposed to submitted the report to his superior (Depury labour commissioner) after inspection in labour office?
4. How can I get the copy of the same?
5. How frequently labour officre can inspect the company?
