Dear All,
After long time i am back with a new topic to discuss & Get your valuable inputs,
Here is the perception
Scenario 1: If there is terrorist in your factory premises, How do you ensure the safety of the employees & Run the Factory without any impact??
Scenario 2: If there is natural disasters viz, Floods, Earthquake, hurricane how will you ensure your business continuity? & Ensure the safety of the employees?
Scenario 3: If there are strike/Lab our Unrest? how do you ensure your business continuity?
Scenario 4: There is a huge traffic jam and All your transportation is held in Jam, How do you ensure your business continuity plan?
Folks all these are the scenario/Exercise given to us in BCP(Business Continuity Plan), Please throw some light on this..

As per my opinion.
* Scenario 1 : If there is terrorist in factory premises than for safety point of view will suggest to stop the production depends on situation.Mock drill in best option to get aware
* Scenario 2: If there is natural disasters happened than after checking each work premises as per safety std will start the work.Mock drill in best option to get aware
* Scenario 3: If there are strike in premises than how many department supported and how many person involved in strike will give final answer. but yes will not stop the production if some employees are in favour of work.
* Scenario 4: If huge traffic jam is there than Purchase department of any company is capable to handle future problems like these problem.
we could ask managers Situational and Behavior Based Questions at the time of interview.
Seniors please put some more lights in this discussion.
