Hi,
I actually was selected in CTS as a contractor and later on I was offerred their payroll. I previously worked with 5 companies and have total around 9 years of experience. But my background verification is stucked on one of the company which was closed after I left it. It was small company run by a government employee.
As it was small company I was given only experience letter. We were used to be given the salary by cheques so did not have salary slips as well.
Now BGV team is telling me that they are not able to prove the existence of this company and my employment could get terminated immediately.
Previously I was working with an MNC(previous 2 companies) but I never in such situation.
I think I will have to leave CTS as I don't have anything to prove it.
Kindly suggest next course of action and if anything else that can be helpful

Hi
a) Please try getting the bank statements reflecting your salary deposits which shall prove the salary payments
b) Please try to get in touch with the Person with Whom you used to work and get the necessary proofs for the same
