Hello Sir/madam,

I am facing very different kind problem.

11 years back, during beginning of carrier, I was working for a IT company in Bangalore, there CEO has terminated me for his personal reason (regarding marriage related). While terminating he has given 2 types of letters, one I terminated for work below expectation,( but I have not done any mistake in the work )and also given one more letter as “I am excellent”.

Later his by using his caste and language people he start to target me.

After 2 years I joined Wipro. I was doing well there.

But later I moved to new project, there my GM belongs to my old boss (as I mentioned above) caste and language, There I start to torture me,.

After few months, so I have requested HR to transfer me to Pune.

They given me transferred me Pune , but later that GM , by using his power , he not cancelled the transfer and made me to resign ( I have all the mails communication for that ).Even after I sent resign ,I have not given reliving letter without any proper reason.

Since my filed of work is very narrow (very few companies in Bangalore). I missed few opportunities because of negative feedback given by Wirpo senior and others (one document I have about it)

I joined a new small company after few years. There also it I was doing well, I was sent to USA for a project, I got appreciation and feedback from customer.

After once every one trained from me, There my GM, senior and junior are belongs were same belongs to same language. Again I start to discriminate and torture by lady GM’s by using her caste and langue people, GM asked my resignation without any reason, I told her to terminate.( as notice period was 3 months) later I tortured different ways and again they able to take my resignation.( most of all mails commutation, I have forwarded to my personal mail id )

Later I came to know that lady GM is wife of My Wipro GM.

Even, after I left, I struggled to get last 1 and half month salary(has my salary is not given until I resign) reliving letter and PF amount (still PF is not settled).

All looks to be planned game.

Please me Know, how I can fight legally on this matter.

Since I belong to middle calls family, I have to fight

Because of this both my personal and professional life got effected badly.

Every even my work performance is good, either I terminated or forced me to resign, because of uncertainty unable to take decision.

Please kindly suggest me to how I can fight on this issue.

If you have all the relevant documents in case of proving your statement, send me a mail clearly stating your issue and the solution that you are looking for , if it is been proved, We would be taken action against the certain professional with out any negotiation or courtesy.
There is a saying by Swami Vivekananda," Life may change upside down on a single day", Never let your confidence or courage down , fight against it and bring back your life to the same position".

I feel sorry abt ur condition. Nothing to worry. As jagat kumar told correctly World is not small. Dont worry abt that ur r a middle class family.. Think its an opportunity to show your courage and boldness.. never ever give up.. Search in internet u can find some websites legally they vl help u.. Dear Friend ,
all above replies are sufficient to support you mental, i am feeling very bad that how such actions or attitude may be adopted by a person before 11 years ago or even after 11 years when some one is on such high profile corporate status.
It is really shame full for all, special for those two husband wife who forced us to discuss this matter here in.
Well this was about my feels, but before going upward for taking legal actions against them must ensure your standby ,back up ,emotional support, financial support .once you start you have to take ti up the end, no doubt judiciary is good but take good enough time to give judgment.
Have discussions in family, well wishers, friends for same then go ahead.
