Dear seniors,
For epf tranfer OTCP portal we unable to instal our authorized digital signature as per the instruction given by the EPF (We have installed JAVA with our IT support) although it is showing as Error. Due to that we unable to authorize the employee transfer claim forms online and kept hold. We have tried many times though email and also directly at epf office chennai no proper guidance received from them and the issue remain continue till date.
Kindly guide me how to install the digital signature successfully IN the transfer claim portal. or kindly share any technical support details

FIrst of all you have get DSC through registered Consultant only registered consultant have an authority to issue Digital signature certificate of your authorised signatory, there are two option to get that one is USB devise & other through Email ,By which you have to install such Software in your PC & there is guide line also given by them how to operate ,ID passward & upload procedure.
If you have all such & Still you are enable to upload such DSC in that case you have to consult your EPFO Office.
