If one person worked in a company from 2008 to 2011, After that he resigned & withdraw his EPF amount, after few months he again rejoin the same company, but by clerical mistake company deposit his EPF into his old EPF account, then how the employee withdraw the EPF from his old account, since the old account would be closed by the EPF department after the 1st withdrawal. Please advice us

in this case, you meet personally to cleark of respective PF office & explain the entire case, he will help you in this regards, but, my personal experience say that, in such cases, cleark is not cooperative as they need to do rework & modify the entry in system since its started as online.
In that, case, you may directly meet to the regional PF commissioner & provide him the one request letter staying entire case. they can modify the such account.
