Hi Folks,
I have 5+ years of IT experience as a S/w Engineer and currently working for a IT company but i am bit confused when i am applying for reputed MNC jobs as i \'ve completed my masters degree after 2 years in 2011 with 75% instead in 2009 due to financial circumstances but my IT career got started from 2009 itself as my previous employer hired based on graduation degree so if i have to apply for a job then i should show less experience than actual which i don\'t want do,So looking for better solution or suggestions to go ahead.
1) Will any MNC company be fine to accept a candidate who has stringent IT experience of 5+ but completed masters degree(Highest) after 2 years.

Have you clearly explained the situation in your covering letter, which you send along with your application? If not, you should.

Hello Scorpio29,
What is your Degree?
The details you mentioned are a bit confusing.
You mention you completed your Master's in 2011 instead of 2009--did you join in 2007?
Was it a Full-time course OR thru Correspondence/Part-time?
And what's the Master's Degree?

As rightly said by Simhan, you can mention the same in your covering letter/resume that you have completed your Graduation in 2007 and started your career with IT company thereafter in 2009 alongwith your job you have done your masters which was completed in 2011. I hope this solve your purpose.
