I joined a company newly.So, can I get the facilities of PF & ESI cause my three months Probation period not completed yet.Before Three months of joining is pf applicable for me?if not then why?

Prashant is right, there is no such clause,Probationer is also a workman , whatever be the privileges provided to workman,is applicable to the probatiners also.

There is no exception or exemption against the probation period and both PF and ESI where applicable are applicable from the date of joining subject to ceilings.

I presume your basic is less than Rs.6500/- and Gross less than Rs.15000/- pm AND the company is covered under PF/ESIC. If yes, then you are eligible for PF/ESIC. (exceptions Apprentice Act) . Under ESIC, you can claim cash benefits only once you have contributed for certain no of months; else medical benefits are available.
