Respected SIR,
I joined a company for 2.5 months and given written resignation to branch head. There was not any bond. There was not any intimation about resignation from company to me for last 3 years. I need resignation acceptance letter for PF redemption. They are unwilling to provide, I filed RTI and they responded that competent authority cannot accept a resignation letter tendered by an officer in absentia, so can't provide resignation letter. My doubt is that
1. what should I do for pf withdrawal?
2. can company create any problem in future since I have asked through RTI, What can company do in future against me?
3. Can they compel me in future to join the company.
kindly guide me.

Dear Yashraj,
As you served for only 2.5 months it is better to merge the old PF amount with your existing PF account . It is better and you have to raise only Form No. 13 to transfer.
No one can do anything against any body unless and until the party is very demanding.
That is up to you to join the organisation or reject to join the organisation.
Please let me know if you need any further information in this regard.
Warm regards,
