I worked in Chettinad Cement for 11 months. I send my resignation by mail and i left the company with out serving notice period.Now I want to withdraw my PF amount. But the said company is not forwarding my PF forms to PF commissioner office for settlement. I would like to know weather i can get my PF amount or not.

If Company is not forwarding your PF withdraw case to Provident department then you can lodge a compliant against Company on Provident Fund Site EPFO.com.
No employer have right to stop your Provident fund money.
