I have a query about bonus calculation. If any employees' fixed basic is Rs. 5000/- per month. Then I have calculated like below :
Month Fixed Basic Attendance Basic as per attendance Basic For Bonus Bonus 8.33%
May 5000 26 5000 3500 292
June 5000 15 2885 2885 240
but some company is calculating bonus in June month condition:
Bonus => July => (3500/26) x 15 (attendance) = 2019 * 8.33% = 168
which one is the correct calculation for June month bonus.
