Is dependent entitle for funeral expenses in case of death of employee other than on job/work.
Does company grant leave salary if employee is hospitalised & if not for how many days ESIC gives salary of leave. What is the rate.

1) Is dependent entitle for funeral expenses in case of death of employee other than on job/work. Yes dependent only are entitled for funeral expenses since the employee has died so obviously the dependent/family member are entitled
2) Does company grant leave salary if employee is hospitalised & if not for how many days ESIC gives salary of leave. What is the rate. Employee can either take leave salary or can take benefit from the ESIC for the hospitalization as per the ACT
3)Suppose the company gives arrear to an employee then his gross salary of that month increases, then what will be deduction of ESI. Will it be on previous salary or increased salary.ESIC contribution is on the arrears too
4)Does overtime included in Esi deductions ESIC Contribution is on overtime also
5)Suppose bonus is paid in month of November & it is a part of gross salary. Whether ESI deduction will be done on new gross salary.Annual Bonus is not considered as Wages hence ESIC Contribution is not applicable
