Dear All,
I've currently given my resignation from an IT company in Mumbai. The problem I'm facing here is with the co-founders. They are not providing me with the 3 paid leaves that are still unused by me. I was expecting an encashment of the same . But i'm getting a feeling that i'm not going to get that as well. Also I'd like to specify that I was due for an increment . So after serving 45 days notice , I'm not sure but should I be getting my incremented salary or not ?
So basically I have 2 questions.
1. Should I be getting leave encashment for my 3 leaves .
2. Should I be getting my incremented salary , from date of increment , even though I've decided to resign.
Awaiting a reply from all experienced professionals.
If any legal sections are available for the same queries do share with me.
Thanks,

In case of CL/SL it would not be paid. Only PL would be encashed. Increments normally the companies donot pay ,if some one is serving the notice period.
