Hi All,
Can some one please provide some information regarding the below:
1. How and where to report incidents of employees working with fake experience.
2. How can we get information of company HR's to report these incidents.
3. If reported will a necessary action be taken on such cases.
4. Will companies knowingly encourage fake experience profiles, because I have reported one such incident to one of the top Indian IT Company around 3 months back but no action has been taken on employee with fake experience.

The company may not have taken action for a number of reasons. For example, how do they know that your information is correct. Have you disclosed why you have raised the issue with them and given your complete credentials? Also, they might have found the worker delivers the goods and is capable and they badly need his/her services and it is more expensive to take action.
How do you know that they have not investigated?

Hi,

Let me give you the answer of your questions and facts ..

Answer1: if you found such things and can prove, just need to inform HR HEAD directly by presenting evidence.

But before taking this action, you must check yourself with evidence and sources of information and that you dont have any bad relation or anything with that employee.

Else this can put you in trouble too.

Like Mr Saswata asked you for your purpose which is really important and define your relationship with the employee and intention. Therefore, you have to be very sure of your every single action in this regard

Answer2: if you have reported and proved such act, you will certainly get the information regarding their actions and process, certainly not in details but every possible and required information because the one who notice and report such things, found directly involved in the case for proper and detailed verification of the same.

Answer3: ofcourse, if you have strong evidence and clear intention behind it, actions can be expected but still we cant ignore the facts highlighted by Mr. Simhan above

Answer4: Do you really believe Companies are knowingly encouraging fake profiles, and will you be able to work with them and can be an asset for them if you dont have relevant and good experience of a function. Company/Employer wish to have good candidates and experienced people to get the work done and achieved their missions.

I believe you must consider the same first and also need to speak with HR before judging or deciding what is right or wrong if you really wish to know the status of your report.

The questions raised by the respective member above, need to be answer first.

Also I would like to know

-Is there anything which is/was bothering you because of this employee or anything personal that force you to take action against him/her

-how about the sources, you are sure the information you have is valid

-what benefit you are expecting for you and other in this case
