Hi all,
I have got offer letter from TCS recently. I have worked in two companies, 1 year in first company and 2 years in 2nd company. I heard that through some of my friends that if my first company is not listed it MICA then the will reject the joining letter in TCS. Now my doubt is that should I go ahead and resign in my current company or not..
Please suggest me.

Why not check with TCS HR themselves?
What this Forum thinks or suggests is NOT relevant for you--what TCS THINKS of the situation you have, will finally decide IF they will accept or reject your Joining.
Also, pl note that NOT ALL companies are registered with MCA.
