Currently i got an offer letter from a bank but it is offering me an internship instead of job on third party payroll. Internship for 3 months & the contract is extendable till one year.they are paying me well but Is it worth starting my career on third party payroll & that too without no job security here.but positive point is pay is good & brand name of bank is good .help me out please.....
