I joined Hotel Diplomat in 1984 and resigned from Hotel Diplomat in June-1999. I joined another company Superior Craft in June-1999 and also left that company in April-2000 and joined Eros Hotel on 01-05-2000.
I have submitted two Form NO.13 for transfer of my PF accounts as per detail below:-
Form NO.13 related to Hotel Diplomat, in EFP office Nehru place &
Form NO.13 related to Superior Craft in EPF office, Janakpuri.
I received transfer letter from Janakpuri office whereas from Nehru place office did not sent any letter but they transferred the amount to my Eros Hotel Account because it appeared in the opening balance of first Account slip for the year-2000-2001.
After submission of for 10D I have visited the South Delhi FP office and surprised to know that they were preparing my pension w.e.f the year 2000 and there was no account of my previous service i.e. 15 years of Hotel Diplomat service.
Now the FP office of South Delhi is asking me to submit the proof of my service in Hotel Diplomat.
Please advise me how I should act. One we they are paying me account NO.1 including Hotel diplomat's fund and another way they are not including the services of Hotel Diplomat in Pension Fund.
Please advise.
