Dear Friend,
In this world nothing is permanent. Neither happiness nor sorrow. One has to be open for changes. It is common human tendancy to get used to some condition and try to stick to a place where they are comfortable. They may not be open to changes. In the long run it may be a negative quality too.
However, you should ask few question to yourself. You should make your mind discuss with dear ones and family. It may boost your confidence level. You may get better opportunities when you change the job. It may drive you to new height.
Try to evaluate advantages and disadvantages of new job with the current one. Jolt down all points on a sheet and give due weightage to them. You will get an clarity of thoughts when you do so.
However, dont be get confused with the alternatives and loose yourself.
All the best.
