Dear Sir,
I belongs to Engineering Manufacturing company. I am looking HR department independenly there. We have 60 employees including Contract Labour. Thier age group average is 30 years.
Now, I am facing problem in salary revision.
Salary revision is done by Top management with comment of HOD.
But according to me, All HOD have different concept for the revision criteria.
We have std. form and there is different points like Initivative, Output, punctuality, etc..
It is filled by all HOD.
So, i would like to know that how can i train to my all HOD for the process of common revision for the whole plant.
Best regards,
Parimal

Dear Mr. Vallabh, Yes, every HOD should have common understanding for standard format of revision. So, how can i communicate to all HOD for the same. Best regards, Parimal

Dear Parimal,
It is upto the top management to decide about the fixing up of increments to all including the contract labours. But with regards to workers we have to see whether the minimum wages is covered as per the Minimum Wages Act with respect to your region. This is more important.
If still any problem you can call for a meeting with all HOD's along with the top management officials and finalise the issue.
