In my factory, we calculate Privilege Leave eligibility for Staff by considering one day of leave for every 20 days worked.
In cases where an employee is expected to continue working after his shift hours, a compensatory off is given to the employee for every additional 8 hours worked. Should these compensatory off days be considered as working days for the calculation of earned leave eligibility?[/QUOTE]
