Hi,
I resigned my job a year back and now i wanted to withdraw my PF.When i checked my PF balance online it showed as below
EE 45758
ER 20880
May i request the experts to help me calculate the amount i will get as final settlement also please let me know whether any tax be imposed on my PF amount.

Hi Malathi,
Double the EE amount add ER amount to it ( EE*2+ER). Better You can check your balance by registering in EPFO website. Member Portal use this link for registering E-Passbook.

A quick research will tell you that your 12% goes in PF... company 12% is divided as... 3.67% goes towards PF and balance 8.33% goes to pension fund.
Am not sure how accurate the online numbers are since this has been recently made live.. i have known people who have had in accurate numbers.
Best you refer your yearly slip that gets circulated from your office.

Hiii im Vikram ..... I had worked for 2.5 yrs... my EE was Rs22500 and my ER was Rs10300. When i applied for pf i was given an amount of Rs17000. what is happened to the rest of the amount?? will they take a huge amount as tax since I withdrew it before 5 yrs? Could someone please help me out with is issue
