Can I know how the pf cuttings can be done for 20,000 salary per month??is this cuttings will be different from company to company??

HI,
PF is deducted on Basic+DA at 12%. Most companies also opt for the clause where the restrict the Basic at Rs.6500/-, so irrespective of the basic the PF would be Rs. 780/-. As the salary beak up varies from company to company, the Basic will be different and so the calculation of PF.
