I need to know does PT Slab Changes regulary? what is the duration of validity of these slabs?
Do we need to charge PT on a monthly basis from employee or can it be done in Lumpsome?

Hi,
No, generally the PT slabs remain the same, as it's slabs are based on salary paid to employees and so if there is a increase in the salary and so it might happen that the PT may increase....and the changes in the PT slab is depending upon the State Budget and so if there is any changes in the said state then it will be changed accordingly...and PT needs to be deducted on monthly basis..
