Dear Rashmiraj,
It is good to know that you would like to get into Payroll, however in HR, getting into payroll at this point, again being a fresher is not easy. Would suggest you to try getting into operation role in any sized organization, where you will get exposure in various gamut of HR. Once gaining experience for about 4 and more, you would definitely get a chance to move in Comp & Ben.

Rashmi,
Would suggest you to stay in the company for a while, considering that you are into HR operations. Present market scenario is not that wide for generalist role. There are lots of people in the market who are into recruitment field after successful completion of MBA. This is purely because of the fewer availability of hr operations job in the market.
