Dear Savita
closure means complete and permanent closure of your operations/undertaking. This calls to follow procedure prescribed in section 25 FFFof ID Act.
If you have already followed this procedure no question of paid leave comes, sinc ein your F&F you would have paid for eligible leaves.
(I have my own doubt still you are not clear about closure, though you have said it is closure and also mentioned "June shutdown". Both the thing contradicts. Better you get some fundamental clarity about issues you are dealing with.)
