Dear All, Please guide me whether we can bifurcate the minimum wages amount into different components. How it will effect the PF amount?

No. Bifurcation of minimum wages is not permitted, minimum wages should be treated as basic for deduction of EPF accumulation .Please go through the circular enclosed.

This Circular is already been stayed by the Hon'ble Delhi High Court and Anadhra Pradesh High Court. But still shall be advisable, do not split the minimume wages to avoid PF contribution on the whole.
